1. Hold canister 5 cms from the area you wish to inject. Press the actuator fi rmly to discharge a single measured burst of cryogen. Wait for 2 seconds and repeat
2. Wait 2-5 seconds whilst for the cryogen to evaporate and then insert the needle fi rmly and precisely.
